From 12th to 20th of September 2015 Tennis Club “Izida” Dobrich will again host the International Tennis Tournament for Women. The tournament prize fund is $ 25,000 and is part of the calendar of the International Tennis Federation and also carries points for the world rankings of the Women’s Tennis Association. Earned his reputation as one of the most beautiful places hosting the competitions worldwide, Dobrich is again attractive to players from all over the planet. In advance in the tournament will be attended by tennis players from 17 countries from Europe, Asia and South America. The most remote countries with representatives are Venezuela and Arzhentina.Tournament will involve 18 bulgarian players. Two of them are directly in the main draw : Elitsa Kostova / Champion four years ago / and Dia Evtimova. They are the second and third rockets in Bulgaria after Pironkova and Cecil Karatancheva. Qualification matches will start on Saturday /12.09./ upon the program and will end on Monday. The main draw and doubles matches will start on Tuesday /15.09/. The final of the doubles is on Saturday /19.09/,and singles – on Sunday /20.09/.
World – famous N91 in women tennis Teliana Pereira has a request for participation in International Tennis Tournament “Izida Cup” with prize $ 25.000. It was announced by the hosts’ press center. The qualification draw starts from 13th up to 15th of September 2014. The main draw is from 16th to 21st of September 2014. The Brazilian national player has 21 titles from the ITF Calendar Tournaments for the last 7 years. The main competitors for Teliana Pereira are six tennis players from Top 200 in WTA. In the last Tournament of Grand Slam, Pereira was part of US Open, but she lost in the first round of the main draw from Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova. There is a serious interest in the professional tennis tournament in Dobrich, which gives points for the World ranking. Top tennis “rockets” from 20 countries has send a request for participation.
Supervisor of the Tournament will be Alexandru Dumitrescu from Romania.
In the International Tennis Tournament U12 “Izida Cup”, Bulgaria will be represented by its best rackets, as it is reported by Dobrich tennis press centre. On courts of the splendid tennis complex, situated in the Northeast town, will compete boys and girls from 12 countries. Qualifications of the Tournament from Tennis Europe Calendar will be played this weekend. The struggle for allocation of prizes and ranking list from the Main Draw will be next week. Bulgaria, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Belarus, Georgia, Cyprus, Moldova, Greece, Latvia, Kazakhstan and Italy have declared its participation.
8 players from the Qualification Draw and 4 players with WC will join to the 32 players from Main Draw. Director of the Tournament is Mr. Yuri Doychev, and Supervisor is Mr. Lyubomir Badinski.

The sponsors announced that players from at least 15 countries will participate in the international tennis tournament for kids under 12 y.o. “Izida Cup” in Dobrich. The qualifications will be in Saturday and Sunday – 27th and 28th of April, and the matches from main draw take place between the 29th of April until the 05th of May. The players who filled in application for the contest are from Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Germany, Czech Republic, Moldova, Belarus, Russia, Turkey, Greece, Israel, Georgia and etc.
The tournament is part of the calendar of Tennis Europe and brings international ranking points. The main draw will consist 32 players, 20 of them already known plus 8 from the qualifications and 4 with “wild card”.
The hosts from “Izida” who have one of the finest tennis resorts in Europe will be represented by three competitors. Georgi Popov and Marina Hristova will enter directly in main draw with their “wild cards”,while Radoslav Bozhilov will begin his participation from the qualifications.
Supervisor of the tournament is Ivaylo Buchinski, while all assistant referees will be from Dobrich.
